Toddler Purse

Grandma bought this outfit for her and when she fell and tore the knee she was heart-broken. But Grandma knew how to fix things! She sent me the lavender jeans, the t-shirt and a sheet from the toddler bed she had outgrown. Together we made a little girl very happy! Her favorite "purple pants" became her her very first "big girl" purse. The t-shirt was used for lining and the decorative collar attached to the front pocket for trim. A small piece of fabric from the sheet was then used to make the belt. Quite the "meaningful" treasure for a five year old!
