| Broiled Baloney Sandwiches |

1 lb. baloney
1/4 lb. cheese
3 hard cooked eggs
sweet pickles or relish
onion
mayonaise |

| Grind all of the above (except mayo). Add mayo to desired consistency. Spread onto bread, buns or crackers. Place under broiler until cheese melts and becomes slightly browned.
Saves well in fridge for a quick and easy snack. Use toaster oven for smaller quantities. |
