Basic Breakfast Oven Omelet |

1/4 cup butter or margarine 1 1/2 dozen eggs 1 cup sour cream or plain yogurt 1 cup milk 2 tsp. salt 1/4 cup chopped green onion |
|
Heat oven to 325*. While oven is warming, melt butter in 13x9in. pan. Remove from oven and tilt pan to coat bottom. In large bowl, beat eggs, sour cream, milk and salt. Stir in onions. Pour into pan and bake until eggs are set but moist. About 35 minutes. |
