    | 1 cup (8oz) plain yogurt 1 1/2 tbls Dijon mustard
 salt
 pepper
 1 1/2 tbls lemon juice
 3 tbls extra virgin olive oil
 1 1/2 tbls crushed parsley
 paprika can be substituted for parsley

    | Stir together mustard, salt and pepper to taste. Add lemon juice, olive oil and parsley. Blend well. Mix in yogurt until blended, then beat vigorously. Cover and chill 30 min. before serving. |  More
