Zucchini Slaw |

2 medium zucchini, shredded (about 3 cups) 1 large carrot, shredded 2 green onions, sliced thin 2 tbls. sugar 3 tbls. white vinegar 2 tbls. olive oil 1 clove garlic, minced 1/2 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. crushed dried basil |

Toss zucchini with carrot and onion in a large bowl. Combine remaining ingredients in a covered container and shake well. Pour over zucchini mixture and toss. Chill (covered) several hours before serving. |
