Dressing:
1/4 cup sugar
1 cup oil
one small onion
1/3 cup catsup
1/4 cup wine vinegar
3 tbls. worchestershire sauce
Salad:
fresh leaf spinach
water chestnuts
hard boiled eggs (chopped)
bean sprouts
croutons
bacon (crumbled) |

| Prepare dressing in a blender adding all ingredients. Toss salad fixings in a large bowl adding dressing to taste. |
