Strawberry Bavarian Cream |

1pk (10oz) frozen sliced strawberries, thawed 1cup boiling water 1pk (3oz) strawberry-flavored gelatin 1cup chilled whipping cream |

Drain strawberies, saving syrup. Pour boiling water over gelatin and stir until dissolved. Add cold water and syrup to total 1 cup. Stir into dissolved gelatin. Chill until almost set.
In chilled bowl, beat cream until stiff. Beat gelatin until foamy. Fold gelatin and strawberries into whipped cream. Pour into 1-quart mold. Chill until firm.
Substitute raspberries and raspberry-flavored gelatin or crushed pineapple and lemon-flavored gelatin. |
