| Bountiful Beef Stew |

1-2lbs. stew meat
4 medium to large potatoes(cut into chunks)
baby carrots or whole carrots chunked
1pkg frozen chopped spinach
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/3 bottle dry red wine
green peppers
onion
cherry tomatoes |

| Add all ingredience(except tomatoes)together in a crockpot. Cook 8-10 hours on low. Add tomatoes last 1-2 hours(lay on top) Serve with bread so your guests can soak up the gravy! |
