1 loaf unsliced sandwich bread
sandwich spread of choice
2pkg (8oz each) cream cheese, softened
1/2cup light cream
variation:
1 loaf white or sourdough bread
1 loaf wheat, rye, or pumpernickel
alternate light and dark bread slices with sandwich spread. Frosting optional. |

| Trim crusts from bread. Cut lengthwise into 4 slices. Alternate bread slice and sandwich spread; top with last bread slice. Combine cream cheese and cream. Frost all sides of sandwich loaf. Chill. Cut into slices and serve. |
