    | Oven Omelet Variation...Southern Style |

    | 1/4 cup butter or margarine 1 1/2 dozen eggs
 1 cup sour cream or plain yogurt
 1 cup milk
 2 tsp. salt
 chopped onion
 sliced mushrooms
 ground breakfast sausage (cooked)
 milk gavy (optional)

    | Preheat oven to 325*. In oven, melt butter in a 13x9in baking dish. Remove and tilt dish until bottom is coated. In a large bowl, beat eggs, sour cream, milk and salt. Stir in onion, mushrooms, and sausage. Pour into baking dish and bake until eggs are firm but moist. (approx.45-60min.) Top with warm gravy. |  More
